Registration Quickie Check-In Form Web Version Note:  This web version of the Bucconeer Quickie Check-In form is provided for information purposes only.  The paper version of this form will be mailed to all pre-registered Bucconeer members with Broadside Six.  It not mandatory to bring a copy of this form with you to purchase memberships at the door.

 

OFFICIAL BUCCONEER REGISTRATION QUICKIE

Are you interested in picking up your badge and registration materials quickly?

If so, continue reading. If not, feel free to ignore the rest of this page.

This sheet of paper is your key to getting into the convention as quickly as possible. It will also help us keep our records up to date, so we encourage you to bring this Quickie with you to Registration!

Below is a mailing label (or maybe more than one) showing the information we currently have on file. If this information is correct, please initial in the box so labeled. (Only one set of initials is needed if there are multiple labels.) If there are any errors, please make the corrections in the space provided to the right. Please do this before coming to Registration to help speed things up. You may also mail (or e-mail to reg@bucconeer.worldcon.org) the correct address information to us care of the Bucconeer postal address so it can be entered into our database before Bucconeer.

Bring the completed form to Registration, along with picture ID for each person whose label is attached. This form is not mandatory, so if you and the other folks shown below (if any) are arriving separately, don't worry. Just be prepared to show picture ID and be able to verify your address in order to pick up your badge.

Registration Information You Need To Know:

Where: Pratt Street Lobby of the Baltimore Convention Center, 300 level
(go up the escalators from the street entrance)
When: Tuesday, 4 August: 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
(pre-registered members only, no at-the-door sales)
Wednesday, 5 August: 9:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Thursday – Saturday, 6 – 8 August: 9:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Sunday, 9 August: 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Who: Everyone except Dealers, who report directly to the Dealers Room!
How: Present this Quickie and a photo ID at the Pre-Registration table for your section of the alphabet.
Why: So you can get your nifty souvenir program book and cool badge!

Late Night Arrivals

If you arrive after the hours posted above, but before 1 a.m., and already have a membership in your name, you may pick up your badge in our Bucconeer office located on the second floor of the Marriott. This is for trouble-free pre-registered members only – no transfers, misspellings, new memberships, conversions, or other problems can be handled by Ops. If you have a problem, you will be referred to regular registration when it (re-)opens in the Convention Center. Ops will only have preprinted badges and registration materials.
