Bucconeer Dealers' Room:

Size: Approximately 250 tables.

Tables: Limit 5.
Size: TBA (depends on Convention Center).
Final price: TBA (late in 1997, probably).

Booths: None planned.

Limits: Self contained, orderly displays only, i.e., (display) merchandise and any {noise} {smell} {strobe light} byproduct that does not impinge on other displays or {floor} {air} {wall} space. The Fire Marshall must be able to approve of the display and materials used.

Deposit: $50 per table accepted to a maximum of five tables per dealer. A deposit merely puts you on the Dealers mailing list, just like an inquiry does. There are no guarantees of acceptance into the Bucconeer Dealers' Room. Final decisions of acceptance probably won't be made until early 1998.
